Big Day for Diebler and Buckeyes Ohio State's Jon Diebler made his final home game as a Buckeye a memorable one. The former Upper Sandusky star, who led the Rams to a state title and is Ohio's all-time high school scoring leader, had 27 points Sunday as the nation's number one team dismantled Wisconsin 93-65. Diebler, the Big 10's all-time three-point leader, made seven from beyond the arc Sunday. Diebler missed his first three-point try, then made the next seven. He and his teammates set a new NCAA record by making 14 of 15 threes, including 14 in a row. AP sports writer Rusty Miller (a Mohawk graduate) wrote that Diebler drew a locker room laugh from his teammates when he apologized for missing the first shot.
